These terms apply when you book a service or order a product from Jess & Jay's Creative Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an inquiry, paying a deposit, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We provide event services and products, which may include photo booth rental with backdrops, custom overlays, props, and digital photo sharing, custom event merchandise (such as sunglasses, koozies, tumblers, and party favors), handmade banners, and quinceañera and group choreography. Exact deliverables are agreed in writing for each booking.
Quotes are based on the details you provide and are valid for the period stated. A deposit may be required to reserve your date, with the balance due as agreed before or on the event date. A date is not held until the deposit is received.
For photo booth bookings, you agree to provide a suitable indoor space, level surface, and access to power as discussed. You are responsible for the equipment while it is at your venue and for any loss or damage caused by guests or conditions at the event, beyond normal use. Props are provided for guest use during the event and are expected to be returned with the booth.
Photos taken in the booth are shared digitally with guests at the event and with you as the host. You are responsible for making sure your guests understand that photos taken in the booth may be shared with other guests at your event.
Merchandise and banners are made to order based on the designs and details you approve. Please review all proofs, spelling, names, and dates carefully before production. Because these items are personalized, they cannot be returned or refunded once produced, except for our error or a defect.
Most items are delivered locally or handed off at your event. If an item is shipped, risk of loss passes to you once it is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.
Any timelines we share are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. We will always communicate clearly if a timeline changes.
You confirm that any names, logos, photos, music, or artwork you provide are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them. You agree that we are not liable for claims arising from materials you supply.
We may photograph our setups, designs, and finished work and use those images to promote our business, unless you ask us in writing not to. We respect your privacy and will honor reasonable requests.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
